Artworks & Availability

How do I enquire about purchasing an artwork?

Navigate to any artwork page marked with a green or blue dot and you will find an enquiry form below the artwork details. Fill in your contact information and a brief message — our team will respond within 1–2 business days with pricing, condition reports, and shipping information.

Are prices listed on the website?

We do not list prices publicly. This is standard practice at galleries of our level and allows us to ensure that pricing conversations are handled with the appropriate context and discretion. Please use the enquiry form on any available artwork and we will provide full pricing information directly.

Can I reserve a work before committing to purchase?

Yes. If you are seriously interested in a work, we can place a short-term reservation while you arrange viewing, financing, or shipping logistics. Reservations are typically held for 7–14 days. Please contact us to discuss.

Buying & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We work with specialist fine art shippers to deliver works anywhere in the world. All works are professionally packed, fully insured in transit, and accompanied by condition reports and certificates of authenticity where applicable. Shipping costs are quoted individually based on the size of the work and destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), and can arrange payment in MXN, USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your preference. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of sale. We do not currently accept credit card payments for artwork purchases.

Do works come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All works sold through OZA International are accompanied by documentation confirming authenticity, provenance, and relevant exhibition history. We work closely with artists and their estates to ensure all paperwork is in order before any sale is completed.

Visiting the Gallery

Do I need an appointment to visit?

The gallery welcomes visitors during our regular opening hours without an appointment. However, if you would like a private viewing of a specific work or a dedicated consultation with one of our advisors, we recommend booking in advance via our contact page.

Can I view a specific work before purchasing?

Absolutely. We encourage in-person viewings for significant purchases. If a work is currently on display, you are welcome to visit during opening hours. If it is in storage, we can arrange a private viewing by appointment.

Privacy & Data

How is my personal data used when I submit an enquiry?

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please read our Privacy Notice.

How do I request deletion of my data?

You can exercise your right to cancellation (erasure) at any time by emailing info@ozainternational.com. We will process your request within 20 business days in accordance with Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP).
